The Founders Cup

Our oldest competitive tradition and our staple large team matchplay Fixture, The Founders Cup pays homage to the Founders of our game, the shapers, curators, club makers, and craftsmen who emboldened the game. It now serves as a reminder to celebrate and welcome all the new Founding Honour Members, those who join us in new Chapters to represent NewClub. The competition pits two teams of members from their respective Chapters and Regions against each other for a long weekend of handicapped head-to-head large team match play.

True Blue

True Blue Golf Course in sunny South Carolina is a place where the spirit of the game meets the beauty of the Lowcountry. Designed by the acclaimed duo of Mike Strantz, this course is more than just fairways and greens; it's a captivating journey through meticulously crafted landscapes and golfing challenges that will leave you inspired. Caledonia

Designed by the visionary architect Mike Strantz, Caledonia unfolds like a poetic journey through majestic live oaks, blooming azaleas, and scenic Lowcountry landscapes. It is a golfer's haven that seamlessly marries Southern charm with an unforgettable golfing experience. 

From the first tee to the final green, Caledonia captivates with its timeless beauty and thoughtful design. Caledonia is a golf course with a soul as you can feel the Southern hospitality and warmth with Spanish moss-draped oaks, blooming flowers, and glimpses of the serene waters of the Waccamaw River.

Charleston Municipal Golf Course

The City of Charleston Golf Course is where many area golfers get their start. Affectionately referred to as "The Muni," The Charleston Municipal Golf Course opened in 1929 and has known a great deal of Charleston golf history. It has hosted the South Carolina State Championship and remains the home of the Charleston City Amateur.

The design is a traditional early 20th-century golf course with modern upgrades. It is one of the few walkable golf courses in Charleston, The City Course boasts 6 sets of tees to accommodate all playing levels.

The design, laid out by Johnny Adams with many Seth Raynor characteristics, is also a challenge. The small greens and the surrounding bunkers test even the best player's skill. It is no wonder that over 60,000 rounds are played annually.
