NewClub Golf Society Honor Code Agreement

As a member of NewClub Golf Society, I acknowledge that participation in this community is a privilege. I commit to embodying the society’s core values and ensuring my conduct aligns with the integrity, camaraderie, and traditions that define our club. Any violation of this Agreement may result in forfeiture of Membership, fees, or other repercussions, such as membership probation, at NewClub’s discretion.

By signing this agreement, I affirm my dedication to upholding the following values:

  • Community: I will be friendly, generous, and humble, building connections rooted in our shared love for golf.

  • Integrity: I commit to honesty, trustworthiness, and unconditional respect towards others, both on and off the golf course.

  • Reverence: I will demonstrate deep respect and gratitude for golf, its participants, and all who contribute to its enjoyment and legacy.

  • Inclusivity: I will actively cherish and respect diverse perspectives and experiences, recognizing that what connects us far outweighs our differences.

  • Mindfulness: I embrace golf as a metaphor for life, always striving to learn and improve from its journey and those with whom I share it.

Care and Stewardship of the Course

I accept responsibility for the care of the courses we play, maintaining pace, repairing divots, raking bunkers, fixing ball marks, and leaving courses in better condition than I found them.

Integrity and Accountability

I will uphold the highest standards of honesty, fairness, and etiquette, recognizing that my actions reflect upon myself, fellow members, and NewClub Golf Society.

Member Acknowledgment

I understand that my continued membership in NewClub Golf Society is contingent upon upholding these core values. Failure to meet these standards may trigger a formal review, potentially resulting in changes to my membership status or removal from the society.

I pledge to hold myself and fellow members accountable, fostering a culture of integrity, respect, camaraderie, and passion for golf.

NewClub Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership dues are collected for a 12-month membership only, unless you have selected a monthly payment plan. Cancellation requests must occur prior to the member’s anniversary date (for annual plans) or before the next billing cycle (for monthly plans), as dues are collected automatically. Once a cancellation request is approved, the membership will become inactive on the next immediate 12-month anniversary date or at the end of the current monthly cycle (if on a monthly plan).

Annual Membership Agreement

  • Members enrolled in annual plans must request cancellation before their renewal date to avoid being charged for the next membership term.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted after the renewal date and dues have already been collected, a $250 cancellation fee will be applied and due at the time of cancellation.

  • Upon cancellation request, members maintain access to the NewClub mobile app and community until their 12-month anniversary date.

  • Any credits on the member account are forfeited and not refundable under any circumstance.

Monthly Memberships Agreement

  • Monthly members commit to a 12-month membership term, billed monthly. Memberships are automatically renewed every 12-month period and dues are collected with the payment on file.

  • Early cancellation (prior to completing the 12-month term) requires: 1) A written notice or cancellation request, and 2) a $100 early termination fee at the time of cancellation.

  • Members may request a scheduled cancellation at any point during their 12-month term. In this case: 1) Monthly payments will continue until the current 12-month term is complete, 2) Membership will automatically end on the anniversary date, and will not renew.

  • Memberships automatically renew each year for a new 12-month commitment unless a cancellation request is submitted prior to the anniversary date.

  • No refunds are issued for partial months. Any unused credits or event fees are forfeited at the time of cancellation.

  • NewClub membership dues are final and non-refundable.

  • Your membership may not be shared.

  • Outstanding dues payments may result in forfeiture of your membership.

  • When booking (paying for) your tee time on NewClub, a booking charge or service charge may be assessed on a per-transaction basis.

  • Partner Clubs may specify a limited allotment of tee times available to NewClub members, limiting the number of rounds and visits you may have at each Partner Club in a given golf season, year, or all time. You must adhere to the limited allotments and you may not visit or play more rounds at a Partner Club once your allotment has been exhausted.

  • NewClub has the right to charge members for service fees, charges, and other participation fees where applicable.

  • NewClub does not guarantee tee time availability.

  • To follow all course rules while playing rounds or events booked through NewClub.

  • Agree to comply with cancellation policies, participation policies, competition rules, and any other policies set forth by NewClub.

  • Assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of golf, including, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by errant golf balls and clubs, and agree that NewClub, the Partner Clubs, and their employees are not liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.
